THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL (WEST SIDE OF THE A81 MILNGAVIE ROAD, BEARSDEN) (TEMPORARY NO WAITING AND NO LOADING AT ANY TIME) ORDER 2021
On the 17 June 2021 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any motor vehicle to wait or load at any time on the west side of the A81 Milngavie Road from a point 24 metres south of the extended south kerbline of Mosshead Road southwards for a distance of 97 metres or thereby, by reason of the likelihood of danger to the public
This Order will operate from 18.00 hours on Monday, 28 June until 18:00 hours on Friday, 30 December 2022.
