THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL (MAXWELL AVENUE, BEARSDEN) (TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2021
On the 6 April 2021 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any motor vehicle to wait at any time on either side of Maxwell Avenue, Bearsden between its junction with Canniesburn Road and the East Dunbartonshire Council/Glasgow City Council Boundary, by reason of works being executed on or near this road.
This Order will operate from 09.30 hours on Monday, 12 April until 18.00 hours on Sunday, 2 May 2021.
