(TEMPORARY NO WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2021

On the 30 March 2021 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any motor vehicle to wait at any time on the lengths of roads as detailed in the Schedule, by reason of works being executed on or near this road.

This Order will operate from 06.00 hours on Monday, 19 April until 18.00 hours on Sunday, 9 May 2021.

  1. Marina Way, Kirkintilloch - No waiting at any time on either side of Marina Way between its junction with the B757 Lenzie Road and Donaldson Street from 06.00 hours on Monday, 19 April until 18.00 hours on Sunday, 9 May 2021

  2. Donaldson Street, Kirkintilloch - No waiting at any time on either side of Donaldson Street between its junctions with Marina Way and Southbank Drive from 06.00 hours on Monday, 19 April until 18.00 hours on Sunday, 9 May 2021.

  3. Southbank Drive, Kirkintilloch - No waiting at any time on either side Southbank Drive between its junctions with Donaldson Street and Southbank Road from 06.00 hours on Monday, 19 April until 18.00 hours on Sunday, 9 May 2021.

  4. Southbank Road, Kirkintilloch - No waiting at any time on either side of Southbank Road between its junctions with Southbank Drive and Townhead this length of road from 06.00 hours on Monday 19 April 2021 until 18.00 hours on Sunday 9 May 2021.

  5. Garngaber Avenue and Woodilee Road, Lenzie - No waiting at any time on either side of Garngaber Avenue and Woodilee Road between their respective junctions with the B757 Kirkintilloch Road and the A806 Initiative Road from 06.00 hours on Monday 26 April 2021 until 18.00 hours on Sunday 9 May 2021.
