THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL (MUGDOCK ROAD, MILNGAVIE)
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2020
On the 23 July 2020 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of vehicles engaged in the works and those vehicles requiring access to properties adjacent to the closed section of road) on Mugdock Road, Milngavie between the vehicular access to Drumclog Car Park and the East Dunbartonshire Council/Stirling Council Boundary, by reason of works being executed on or near this road. Access to Drumclog Car Park and affected adjacent properties will be maintained by way of the southern end of the closure.
This Order will operate from 09.30 hours on Monday, 3 August until 18.00 hours on Sunday, 16 August 2020.
Alternative Route
Alternative routes for vehicles are by way of Mugdock Road, Ellangowan Road, Woodburn Way and Station Road, the A81 Strathblane Road and the C56 that lies between the A81 Strathblane Road and Mugdock Road. These routes will be sign posted.
