THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL
(SPRINGFIELD ROAD AND ARNOLD AVENUE, BISHOPBRIGGS)
(TEMPORARY WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2020
On the 7 July 2020 The East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which by reason of works being executed on or near this road :-
- makes it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any motor vehicle to wait or load at any time on the north side of Springfield Road, Bishopbriggs from a point 50 metres west of the extended west kerbline of Keir Hardie Court westwards for a distance of 37 metres or thereby from 06.00 hours on Monday, 20 July until 17.00 hours on Sunday, 26 July 2020;
- makes it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any motor vehicle to wait at any time on the (i) east side of Arnold Avenue, Bishopbriggs from a point 47 metres north the extended north kerbline of Emerson Road northwards for a distance of 26 metres, and (ii) west side of Arnold Avenue from a point 5 metres south of the extended south kerbline of Springfield Road southwards for a distance of 70 metres from 00.01 hours on Monday, 27 July until 18.00 hours on Sunday, 23 August 2020;
- suspends the provisions of Schedule 9, of "The East Dunbartonshire Council (Bishopbriggs) (Traffic Management Consolidation) Order 2013", in relation to Arnold Avenue from 00.01 hours on Monday, 27 July until 18.00 hours on Sunday, 23 August 2020.
