THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL (MARKET ROAD, KIRKINTILLOCH)
(EXTENSION TO TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2020
On the 12 May 2020 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of vehicles engaged in the works and those vehicles requiring access to properties adjacent to the closed section of road by way of the B8048 Waterside Road) on Market Road, Kirkintilloch, between its junction with the B8048 Waterside Road and Bridgeway Road, by reason of works being executed on or near this road. This Order will operate from 18.00 hours on Sunday, 24 May until 18:00 hours on Sunday, 19 July 2020.
Alternative Route
Alternative routes for vehicles are by way of Market Road, Calfmuir Road, Kirkintilloch, Menzies Drive, Lenzie, the A806 Initiative Road, the B8048 Waterside Road, and Bridgeway Road, Kirkintilloch, and these routes will be sign posted.
