THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL (STATION ROAD, PENDICLE ROAD AND RUBISLAW DRIVE, BEARSDEN)
(TEMPORARY NO WAITING AT ANY TIME RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2020
The East Dunbartonshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, make the above named Order, which makes it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any motor vehicle to wait at any time, by reason of public safety and convenience, on either side of :-
(i) Station Road from a point 80 metres or thereby southwest of its junction with the A809 Drymen Road southwestwards to its junction with Pendicle Road;
(ii) Pendicle Road between its junctions with Station Road and Canniesburn Road;
(iii) Rubislaw Drive between its junctions with Pendicle Road and Canniesburn Road, Bearsden.
This Order will operate from 00.01 hours on Thursday, 9 January until 18.00 hours on Friday, 14 February 2020
