THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL (MAXWELL AVENUE AREA, BEARSDEN)

PROPOSED 20 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE

East Dunbartonshire Council propose to consider the introduction of a 20 mph speed limit zone on Maxwell Avenue, Dirleton Gate, Wheatfield Road, Deepdene Road, Monreith Avenue, North View and Stirling Avenue, Bearsden, the lengths of which are described in the Schedule below, revoking an existing speed limit order on Maxwell Avenue as required.

Full details of this proposal, which forms the proposed THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL (MAXWELL AVENUE AREA, BEARSDEN) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT ZONE) ORDER, together with a plan and statement of reasons for proposing to make this Order, are available for inspection during normal office hours Monday to Friday inclusive at the offices of:-

1. That length of Maxwell Avenue which extends from a point 39 metres or thereby south of the extended south kerbline of Canniesburn Road southeastwards for a distance of 1426 metres or thereby to a point 633 metres or thereby southeast of the extended south kerbline of Murrayfield Drive.

   Monreith Avenue

2. The entire length of Monreith Avenue, for a distance of 253 metres or thereby.

Stirling Avenue

1. The entire length of Stirling Avenue, for a distance of 307 metres or thereby.

North View

1. The entire length of North View, for a distance of 225 metres or thereby.

Deepdene Road

1. The entire length of Deepdene Road, for a distance of 354 metres or thereby.

Wheatfield Road

1. The entire length of Wheatfield Road, for a distance of 457 metres or thereby.

Dirleton Gate

1. The entire length of Dirleton Gate, for a distance of 165 metres or thereby.
