THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL (CIVIC WAY, KIRKINTILLOCH)
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2019
The East Dunbartonshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 62 of the Road (Scotland) Act 1984, as amended, make the above named Order which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of emergency service vehicles, vehicles engaged in the event activities and those vehicles requiring access to premises adjacent to the closed section of road) on Civic Way, Kirkintilloch from its junction with the B757 Lenzie Road to its termination, for reasons of public safety and convenience.
This Order will operate between 8 am and 12 Noon on Sunday, 6th October 2019.
Contravention of the Order, which may be inspected at Legal Services, Broomhill Industrial Estate, Kilsyth Road, and Kirkintilloch, could result in a penalty of up to £1000.
