THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL (FERN AVENUE, LENZIE)
(TEMPORARY NO WAITING AT ANY TIME RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2019
On the 10 June 2019 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any motor vehicle to wait at any time on either side of Fern Avenue, Lenzie from a point 15 metres or thereby southwest of its junction with the B757 Kirkintilloch Road south-westwards for a distance of 45 metres or thereby, from Monday,17 June 2019 until Sunday, 13 December 2020, by reason of works being executed on or near this road.
