THE EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL (BANKHEAD ROAD, KIRKINTILLOCH)
(TEMPORARY 10 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2019
On the 5 March 2019 The East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding 10 mph on the length of road detailed in the Schedule below, by reason of works being executed on or near this road.
This Order will operate from 08.00 hours on Monday 11 March 2019 until 18.00 hours on Sunday 21 April 2019. .

That length of Bankhead Road, Kirkintilloch from its junction with the B8048 Waterside Road southwards for a distance of 230 metres or thereby to its junction with Glenluggie Road, Kirkintilloch.
