(SOUTH SIDE FOOTWAY OF HILLCREST STREET, MILNGAVIE)
(EXTENSION TO TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2019
On the 25 January 2019 the East Dunbartonshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which makes it unlawful for any person to use or permit to be used (with the exception of those engaged in works) the section of the footway on the south side of Hillcrest Street, Milngavie, from a point 30 metres or thereby east of the extended east kerbline of Cairns Drive, eastwards for a distance of 27 metres or thereby, along the frontage of Milngavie Primary School, by reason of works being executed on or near this Footway.
This Order will operate from 18:00 hours on Sunday, 27 January 2019 until 18.00 hours on Sunday, 31 March 2019.
Alternative Route
Alternative routes will be by way of the north footway on Hillcrest Street, Milngavie. Both school entrances on the south side of Hillcrest Street, Milngavie, will remain open, during the work.
