East Dunbartonshire Council Kirkintilloch Gateway Masterplan Planning Guidance The Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005 Screening Determination under Section 8(1) East Dunbartonshire Council intends to prepare a Kirkintilloch Gateway Masterplan Planning Guidance. In accordance with Section 8(1) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, East Dunbartonshire Council has determined, in agreement with the Consultation Authorities, that the Planning Guidance is unlikely to have any significant environmental effects and that a full Strategic Environmental Assessment will not be required. By virtue of Section 10(2) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, a copy of the determination notice is hereby publicised.
