Screening Determination under Section 8(1)
East Dunbartonshire Council intends to prepare Air Quality Planning Guidance. In accordance with Section 8(1) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, East Dunbartonshire Council has determined, in agreement with the Consultation Authorities, that the Planning Guidance is unlikely to have any significant environmental effects and that a full Strategic Environmental Assessment will not be required.
By virtue of Section 10(2) of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005, a copy of the determination notice is hereby publicised. A copy of the determination and any related statement of reasons, are available at Place, Neighbourhood & Corporate Assets, Southbank House, Strathkelvin Place, Kirkintilloch, G66 1XQ, as well as on our website, for inspection by the public at all reasonable times.
