(Temporary Road Closure) Notice 2023
NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will close the following lengths of road to allow Scottish Water Ironworks Repairs
Name of road - Strathy Place, Kilmarnock
Road closed on Strathy Place for 185 meters from Cessnock Place junction to end of Strathy Place.
Nature and period of restriction - Road closure
This Notice commences on 14 December 2023 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 14 December 2023 at 09:30 until 14 December 2023 at 18:00.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed. Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians will be maintained.
Alternative route - No diversion route achievable due to dead end road.
