NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will prohibit waiting on the following lengths of road to allow Scottish Water Repairs 

Name & affected length of road – Gilfoot,Newmilns 

Both sides of the road from 158 Gilfoot to 153 Gilfoot  

Both sides of the road from 13 Gilfoot to 17 Gilfoot 

Both sides of the road from 11 Gilfoot to 7 Gilfoot 

Nature and period of restriction - Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time

This Notice commences on 11 December 2023 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 11 December 2023 at 09:30 with the restrictions remaining in place until 11 December 2023 at 18:00.

The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Notice will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
