(Temporary Road Closure) Notice 2023
NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will close the following lengths of road to allow Scottish Water Ironworks Repairs
Name of road - Millers Road for 120 meters from A70 junction to Pagan Walk junction .
Nature and period of restriction - Road closure
This Notice commences on 16 November 2023 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 16 November 2023 at 08:00 until 16 November 2023 at 18:00.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed. Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained.
Alternative route - Diversion 1- A70 - Henderson Drive - Pagan Walk - End
Diversion 2 -Millers Road - Henderson Drive - End.
