(Temporary Road Closure) Order 2023
On 19th September 2023 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, Carriageway Resurfacing
Temporary Road Closure – B7082 Grassyards Road, Kilmarnock - New Farm Loch, From junction with Kennedy Drive to C10.
The Order commences on 16 October 2023 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 16 October 2023 at 07:00 until 29 October 2023 at 18:00
The road is expected to be closed between 07:00 and 18:00 each day with it being open out-with these times.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected.
Access for residents and deliveries will be via diversion routes
