NOTICE OF MAKING
Notice is hereby given that on 04/08/2023 the Council made the above named Order under the terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers.
The Order comes into operation on 20/08/2023 and was advertised in the Kilmarnock Standard on 03/08/2022, the effect of the Order is as stated in said notice that being to permanently introduce or amend restrictions prohibiting waiting and introduce restrictions prohibiting waiting, loading and unloading on various streets within the vicinity of Rugby Park, Kilmarnock.
