(Temporary Road Closure) Notice 2023
NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will close the following lengths of road to facilitate BT Works
Name of road - Merrick View, From the Junction of Castlehill Road to No 1 Merrick View.
Nature and period of restriction - Road closure
This Notice commences on 10 July 2023 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 10 July 2023 at 08:00 until 13 July 2023 at 17:00.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed. Emergency Services access will not be affected and access for residents, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained.
Alternative route - Castlehill Road - Clerkland Road - Cunningham Watt Road - Arran View.
