(Temporary Prohibition of Waiting and Loading at Anytime ) Order 2023
On 23 May 2023 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 16 A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow a parade
No Waiting At Any Time - Various Streets, Cumnock (Shankston Crecent, Hearth Road and Hearth Place) - Sections of road over which temporary no waiting or loading at any time restrictions applicable from 1201 hours until 1800 hours on Saturday 24th June 2023 (or open as soon as parade is passed or when signs and cones have been removed)
Shankston Crescent Cumnock Both Sides of road From its junction with Glaisnock Street southwards until its junction with Car Road Cumnock, a distance or 165 metres or thereby.
Hearth Road Both Sides of road From its junction with Forbes Avenue westwards until house number 4 Hearth Road, a distance of 42 metres or thereby.
Hearth Place Both Sides of road From house number 17 Hearth Place northwards until house number 24 Hearth Road, a distance of 65 metres or thereby. .
The Order commences from 24 June 2023 at 12:01 with the restrictions remaining in place until 24 June 2023 at 18:00. The Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
