(Temporary Road Closure) Notice 2023
NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will close the following lengths of road to alloy works on behalf of Ayrshire Roads Alliance
Name of road - Boig Road, 50m at Nith Bridge.
Nature and period of restriction - Road closure
This Notice commences on 09 May 2023 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 09 May 2023 at 09:00 until 10 May 2023 at 17:00.
The road is expected to only be closed between 09:00 and 17:00 each day with it being open out-with these times.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed. Emergency Services access will not be affected. Access for residents, deliveries will be via diversion route
