(Temporary Road Closure) Order 2023
On 2nd May 2023 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to facilitate Scottish Water Works
Temporary Road Closure – David Dale Avenue, Stewarton, 40M from No59 To the junction of Fleming Drive.
The Order commences on 22 May 2023 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 22 May 2023 at 09:00 with the closure remaining in place until 17 July 2023 at 16:00.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access and access for residents will be via diversion route.
An alternative route will be signed via Crusader Crescent > Morton Road > Fleming Driveand vice versa
