(Temporary Road Closure) Order 2023
On 2nd May 2023 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow Embankment Slip Remedation Works
Temporary Road Closure – B741, Dalmellington, 100m.
The Order commences on 22 May 2023 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 19 June 2023 at 08:00 with the closure remaining in place until 29 September 2023 at 18:00.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Due to the nature of the works all access will be via diversion route
An alternative route will be signed via B741/A76/A70/B730/A713/B741 same route on reverse.
B741/A76/A70/C97/B7046/B730/A713/B741 for high sided vehicles, same route on reverse..
