(Temporary Road Closure) Order 2023
On 18 April 2023 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order,to allow Bridge Repair works.
Temporary Road Closure – U57 Southhook Road, Kilmaurs,
The Order commences on 27 April 2023 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 27 April 2023 at 00:00 with the closure remaining in place until 1st July 2023 at 23:59.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Due to nature of these woks Emergency access and Local acess will be via diversion route
An alternative route will be signed via C24, Southhook Rd, Kilmaurs Rd, Crosshouse Rd, B751, A735, Irvine Rd, End.
