Notice of  Proposals

East Ayrshire Council, in accordance with Section 23(2)(b) and 25 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, hereby gives notice of its intention to install a Puffin Crossing at the following location in the village of Kilmaurs:

Location	Description
A735, Townhead, Kilmaurs – centred on a point approximately 34 metres north of the extended northern kerbline of Vine Park Avenue.	Puffin Crossing – length of controlled area approximately 40m

A plan showing full details of these proposals is available for inspection online or can be emailed to interested parties on request by contacting us at the address below or by emailing enquiries@ayrshireroadsalliance.org

Anyone wishing to object to these proposals, must do so in writing stating the grounds on which the objection is made to: Head of Roads - Ayrshire Roads Alliance at the address below or by emailing enquiries@ayrshireroadsalliance.org by 3 May 2023.
