(Temporary Road Closure) Order 2023
On 28th February 2023 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to facilitate works on behalf of Network Rail
Temporary Road Closure – C50 - Ochiltree at Rail Bridge east of Drumfork Farm off the A76, Auchinleck, Road will be closed only at rail bridge.
The Order commences on 11 March 2023 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 11 March 2023 at 08:00 until 17 March 2023 at 18:00
The road is expected to be closed between 08:00 and 18:00 each day with it being open out-with these times.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Order will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency Services access will not be affected,Access for residents will be via diversion route, deliveries and pedestrians’ out-with the working zone will be maintained.
An alternative route will be signed via A76, Darnlaw View, B7036 Barony Road and vice versa
