(Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2022

On 20th December 2022 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order to allow No waiting Restrictions to be implemented in order to provide better visibility at junctions due to visibility being impaired by vehicles parked to close to junction.
 

No Waiting At Any Time - MacKinlay Place, Kilmarnock, Town Centre, 10m each side of junction Middlemass Drive and MacKinlay Place and 10m into Middlemass Drive  both sides of road.

10m each side of junction MacKinlay Culdesac and MacKinlay Place  and 10m into MacKinlay Culdesac both sides of road. 

The Order commences on 22 December 2022 and has a maximum duration of 18 months.  The Order is will commence from 22 December 2022 at 00:01 with the restrictions remaining in place until 22 May 2024 at 23:59 at the latest.
