(Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Notice 2022
NOTICE is hereby given under Section 14(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012 and the Road Traffic Act 1991 as amended, and of all other enabling powers which will prohibit waiting on the following lengths of road to allow BT Openreach contractors to access underground cabling to provide a new service
Name & affected length of road – 50M both sides On Barhill Road either side of Bank Avenue junction. 50M both sides On Bank Avenue from Barhill Road junction .
Nature and period of restriction - Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time
This Notice commences on 07 December 2022 and has a maximum duration of 5 days or until the works are completed, whichever is sooner. The works are expected to commence from 07 December 2022 at 09:30 with the restrictions removed by 18:00 later that same day.
The days and times of the works may be dependent upon the weather conditions but the Notice will be implemented only when the appropriate signs are displayed.
