On 15/11/22 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, to allow Scottish power works

 

Glebe Road from its junction A719 to Galston Gospel Hall

 

The Order commences on Monday 28th November 2022 and has a maximum duration of 18 months or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier. The works are expected to commence from 08:00hrs on Monday 28th November until 18:00hrs on Friday 9th December 2022 and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.

 

 

Vehicular access for residents/owners/occupiers within the closure will be permitted to and from their properties. This may on occasion be via the diversion route.

 

Emergency access will be maintained at all times during the road closures via the diversion route

 

 

Alternative Route: will be signed via – Glebe Road, Barr Street, Wallace Street, Bridge Street and vice versa
