NOTICE is hereby given that under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other
enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein
Name of road - U42, Moscow
Affected length of road - From the entrance to Raithmuir Farm 25m westwards and 25m southwards on the U42.
Nature and period of restriction - Road Closure from 07:00 to 18:00 hours on Monday 3rd October 2022 to Friday
7th October 2022.
This Notice is in force from 07:00 hours on Monday 3rd October 2022 until 18:00 hours on Friday 7th October 2022 or
until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Notice will be implemented only when appropriate signs are
displayed.
Reason for restriction - To facilitate Parapet Repairs.
Classes of vehicles affected - All (except vehicles engaged in the road maintenance works, emergency vehicles or
vehicles requiring access to properties within or via the closed road)
Diversion Route - Diverted Traffic should proceed via U41 to A719 and vice versa.
