NOTICE is hereby given that under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other
enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein
Name of road - Clunch Road, Fenwick
Affected length of road - From its junction with B769 to the entrance of Townhead of Hairshaw
Nature and period of restriction - Road Closure from 08:00 hours Thursday 29th September 2022 to 18:00 hours on
Tuesday 4th October 2022.

or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Notice will be implemented only when appropriate signs are
displayed.
Reason for restriction - To facilitate BT Network upgrade works
Classes of vehicles affected - All (except vehicles engaged in the road maintenance works, emergency vehicles or
vehicles requiring access to properties within or via the closed road)
Diversion Route - Diverted traffic should proceed via B769 > B778 > A77 & Vice Versa
