NOTICE is hereby given that under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic
(Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, as amended, and
the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted
classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein
Name of road - Boydston Way, Kilmarnock
Affected length of road - Both sides of Boydston Way from its junction with Wallace town Avenue to its junction
with Auchentiber Place
Nature and period of restriction - No Waiting from 09:00 hours until 18:00 hours on Wednesday 14th September
2022
This Notice is in force from 09:00 hours on Wednesday 14th September 2022 until 18:00 hours on Wednesday 14th
September 2022 or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Notice will be implemented only when
appropriate signs are displayed.
Reason for restriction - To facilitate Scottish Water Ironworks.
Classes of vehicles affected - All (except vehicles engaged in the road maintenance works, emergency vehicles or
vehicles requiring access to properties within or via the closed road)
