NOTICE is hereby given that under Section 14(2)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein-
Name of road - Grougar Drive, Kilmarnock
Affected length of road - From its junction with B7038, Glasgow Road to its junction with Mure Avenue
Nature and period of restriction - Road Closure from 12:00 hours on Monday 29th August 2022 until 23:59 hours on Sunday 4th September 2022.
This Notice is in force from 12:00 hours on Monday 29th August 2022 until 23:59 hours on Sunday 4th August 2022, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Notice will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Reason for restriction - To facilitate emergency Scottish Power Repairs
Diverted traffic should proceed via B7038, Glasgow Road to Castle Drive to Rowallan Drive to Mure Avenue and vice versa.
Classes of vehicles affected - All (except vehicles engaged in the road maintenance works, emergency vehicles or vehicles requiring access to properties within or via the closed road)
