On 16/08/22 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any vehicle to wait overnight from 1900 hrs to 0600 hrs the following day on the southeast side of B7061 Main Road, Fenwick between B778 Stewarton Road and Kirkton Road by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order shall come into force at 19:00 hrs on 22/08/22 until 06:00 hrs on 02/09/22 or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
