NOTICE is hereby given that under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other
enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein -
Name of road - David Dale Avenue, Stewarton
Affected length of road - From its junction with Fleming Drive westwards for a distance of 40m.
Nature and period of restriction - Road Closure from 09:00 hours Monday 15th August 2022 to 18:00 hours Friday 19th August 2022.
This Notice is in force from 09:00 hours on Monday 15th August 2022 until 18:00 hours on Friday 19th August 2022 or
until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Notice will be implemented only when appropriate signs are
displayed.
Reason for restriction - To facilitate Scottish Water Works
Classes of vehicles affected - All (except vehicles engaged in the road maintenance works, emergency vehicles or
vehicles requiring access to properties within or via the closed road)
Alternative route:
Diverted traffic should proceed via Fleming Drive to Morton Road to Crusader Crescent and vice versa.
