On 02/08/22 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on Barbieston Road, Auchinleck, between Church Street and Talbot Drive (except vehicles engaged on the footway surfacing works, emergency service vehicles and for access to properties within the closed road), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order shall come into force at 07:00 hrs on 15/08/22 until 17:00 hrs on 23/09/22, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the closure period.
Alternative Route: via Church Street, Back Rogerton Crescent, Milne Avenue, Talbot Drive and vice versa.
