NOTICE OF PROPOSALS

NOTICE is hereby given that East Ayrshire Council proposes to consider the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order which will introduce or amend restrictions prohibiting waiting and introduce restrictions prohibiting waiting, loading and unloading.

The following roads in Kilmarnock are affected by the above proposals:

Aird Avenue, Arrothill Drive, Barbadoes Place, Barbadoes Road, Blackwood Avenue, Cairns Terrace, Dundonald Place, Dundonald Road, Fairlie Avenue, Galrigside Road, Harperland Drive, Hillier Road, Holmes Park Crescent, Holmes Crescent, Holmes Farm Road, Holmland Place, Holmlea Drive, Holmlea Place, Holmes Road, Irvine Road, James Sym Crescent, Mathew Smith Avenue, Moorfield Avenue, Moorfield Crescent, Mount Avenue, Mount Place, Peace Avenue, Rowanhill Place, Rugby Crescent, Rugby Road, Scott Crescent, Scott Road, South Hamilton Street, Springhill Place, Strathlea Crescent, Thirdpart Place, Westmoor Crescent, and Woodside Avenue.
