East Ayrshire Council (B778 Stewarton Road, B751 Main Road and Skernieland Road, Fenwick) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2022 - East Ayrshire Archived

On 26/07/22 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any vehicle to wait at any time on either side of the following lengths of road in Fenwick

B778 Stewarton Road - From its junction with B751 Main Road, westwards to the access to Carpenters Row

B751 Main Road - From its junction with B778 Stewarton Road southwest to its junction with Kirkton Road

Skernieland Road - From its junction with B778 northeast to the northeast property boundary of No 12 Skernieland Road

by reason of building works to be executed on or near the road.

The Order shall come into force at 08:00 hrs on 03/08/22 until 18:00 hrs on 16/08/22 or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
