NOTICE is hereby given that under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, as amended, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein-
Name of road - Kerrmuir Avenue, Hurlford
Affected length of road - Both sides of Kerrmuir Avenue from No. 80 to No. 33
Nature and period of restriction - No waiting from 07:00 hours on 28th June 2022 until 06:59 hours on Thursday 30th June 2022
This Notice is in force from 07:00 hours on Tuesday 28th June 2022 until 06:59 hours on Thursday 30th June 2022 or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Notice will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Reason for restriction - To facilitate IQA and Scottish Power Works
Classes of vehicles affected - All (Except vehicles engaged in the works and emergency vehicles)
