(Kerrmuir Avenue, Hurlford) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2022

 

On 28/06/22 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any vehicle to wait at any time on both sides of Kerrmuir Avenue, Hurlford between No.33 and No 80 to ensure that temporary traffic signals can operate safely and effectively.

 

The Order shall come into force at 07:00 hrs on 30/6/22 until 19:00 hrs on 15/7/22 or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
