NOTICE is hereby given that under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, as, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, and of all other enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein -

Name of road - Glencraig Street, Hannahston Avenue Link Road.

Affected length of road - Glencraig Street - From No. 16 to Hannahston Avenue.

                                            Hannahston Avenue- From No. 108 to end

                                            Link Road - Full Length from Hannahston Avenue to Mill of Shield Road

Nature and period of restriction - Road Closure on Monday 23rd May 2022 from 0800 hours until 1800 hours on Thursday 26th May 2022 (when signed accordingly).

No Waiting - both sides of the affected length of road on Monday 23rd May 2022 from 0800 hours until 1800 hours on Thursday 26th May 2022 (when signed accordingly).

This Notice is in force on Monday 23rd May 2022 from 0800 hours until 1800 hours on Thursday 26th May 2022.

Reason for restriction - Carriageway Resurfacing.

Classes of vehicles affected by Road Closure - All (except for vehicles engaged in the aforementioned works, emergency vehicles or vehicles requiring access to properties within the road closure).

Classes of vehicles affected by Prohibition of Waiting - All (except for vehicles engaged in the aforementioned works, emergency vehicles).

Diversion Route - Mill of Shield Road, Drumwhill Road, Hannahston Avenue, Glencraig Street and vice versa.
