NOTICE is hereby given that under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, as amended, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, use of the following road by the under noted classes of vehicle shall be restricted as stated herein.

Name of road - Boswell Crescent, Eglington Drive and Bryce Avenue, Logan

Affected length of road - - Boswell Cres > Suspended from 5 to 29 (both sides). Eglinton Dr > Suspended from Boswell Cres to Bryce Ave (both sides). Bryce Ave > Suspended from Eglinton Dr to 21 (both sides).

Nature and period of restriction - No Waiting from 08:00 hours Friday 6th May 2022 to 18:00 hours Tuesday 10th
May 2022


This Notice is in force from 08:00 hours on Friday 6th May 2022 until 18:00 hours on Tuesday 10th May 2022 or until the
works are completed whichever is earlier and the Notice will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.

Reason for restriction - To facilitate BT Network Upgrades


Classes of vehicles affected - All (except vehicles engaged in the road maintenance works, emergency vehicles or
vehicles requiring access to properties within or via the closed road)
