NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, on Tuesday 25th January 2022 the East Ayrshire Council in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 71(2) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 confirmed the above-mentioned order.
A copy of the order as confirmed and of the accompanying plan are available for inspection online from Wednesday 26th January 2022 until Friday 25th February 2022 at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk/notices/east-ayrshire/traffic/00000263526 or can be emailed to interested parties on request by contacting us at the address below or by emailing enquiries@ayrshireroadsalliance.org
The order comes into operation on Monday 7th February 2022, and was previously advertised in the Kilmarnock Standard on Wednesday 11th August 2021, and by Notice ID: 3863091 in the Edinburgh Gazette Number 28534 dated Friday 13th August 2021, the effect of the Order is as stated in said notices.
