ORDER 2022
NOTICE OF MAKING
Notice is hereby given that on 11/01/2022 the Council made the above named Order under the terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers.
The Order comes into operation on 24/01/22 and was advertised in the Cumnock Chronicle and in the Kilmarnock Standard on 24/11/2021 the effect of the Order is as stated in said notices.
A copy of the Order and plans showing the extents of the amendments are available for inspection online at xxx or can be emailed to interested parties on request by contacting us at the address below or by emailing enquiries@ayrshireroadsalliance.org
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 11/1/22 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
