Notice is hereby given that East Ayrshire Council proposes to make the above-named Order that would have the effect of reducing the speed limit on the A735 Queen’s Drive between Bellfied Interchange and Victoria Bridge, Kilmarnock, and on the B7072 Hurlford Road, Kilmarnock to 30mph.
