(James Taylor Avenue and Sloan Street, Catrine)
(Temporary Prohibition of Waiting and Loading) Order 2021
On 02/11/21 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any vehicle to contravene the following waiting and loading restrictions on the lengths of roads stated below.
NO WAITING AT ANY TIME AND NO LOADING
MON-FRI 8.45am – 9.30am and 2.30pm-3.20pm
James Taylor Ave (both sides): From its junction with Sloan Street southwards for 6 metres
Sloan Street (south side): From a point inline with the eastern property boundary line of No. 30 Sloan Street westwards to a point inline with the western property boundary line of No. 36 Sloan Street.
NO WAITING AND NO LOADING/UNLOADING
MON-FRI 8.45am – 9.30am and 2.30pm-3.20pm
Sloan Street (north side): From a point inline with the eastern property boundary line of No. 30 Sloan Street. westwards to a point inline with the western property boundary line of No. 36 Sloan Street
These restrictions are required to improve road safety for pedestrians travelling to and from Catrine Primary School.
The Order shall come into force at 08:45 hrs on 08/11/21 until 15:20 hrs on 05/05/23 and the Order will apply only when appropriate signs are displayed.
