NOTICE OF MAKING

Notice is hereby given that on 21 September 2021 the Council made the above named Order under the terms of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers.

The Order comes into operation on 24 September 2021 and was advertised in the Cumnock Chronicle on 19 May 2021 the effect of the Order is as stated in said notice that being to introduce a 40mph speed limit on the A70 between Cumnock and Lugar and on the U729 between the A70 and Logan.

A copy of the Order and plan relative thereto are available for inspection online until 5/11/2021 at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk and www.ayrshireroadsalliance.org
