On 07/09/21 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order that continues the restrictions imposed by Notice which would have expired at 24:00 hrs on 10/09/21, which makes it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any vehicle to wait at any time on either side of Rankin Court, New Farm Loch Kilmarnock from the northeast side of the access road to the car park fronting No's 1-5 Rankin Court north-eastwards to the northwest side of the access road to the car park/garages beside No. 53 Rankin Court, by reason of Scottish Water hydrant maintenance works being executed on or near the road.
The Order is in force from 24:00 hrs on 10/09/21 until 15:30 hrs on 17/09/21, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
