On 24/08/21 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (East Ayrshire Council) Designation Order 2012, as amended, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order, which will make it unlawful for any vehicle to wait at any time on Crusader Cres (on the west side from David Dale Ave north-westwards for 7 m and on the east side from David Dale Ave north-westwards for 12 m ), David Dale Ave (on both sides from Fishers Gr north-eastwards for 60 m), Fishers Gr (on both sides from Montgomerie Dr south-eastwards for 7 m), Montgomerie Dr (on both sides from Fishers Gr south-westwards for 13 m) and the private access road to Lainshaw Mains (on both sides from Montgomerie Dr north-westwards for 7 m), Stewarton, by reason of the likelihood of danger caused by indiscriminate parking on or near the roads.
The Order shall come into force at 00:01 hrs on 26/08/21 until 24:00 hrs on 22/02/23 and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs/road markings are present.
